Stephen Hodgson

Steve has held significant leadership roles in strategic development, product management, and marketing in the investment management (Wells Fargo), banking (US Bank), and insurance industries (CUNA Mutual Group). He applies his hands-on expertise and analytical know-how to help financial services companies grow top-line results and improve operating efficiency. In the last several years, he’s helped lead a number of restructuring projects for financial institutions with up to $100 billion in assets. Steve has founded several companies and has worked and traveled in more than 25 countries in North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Trained as a Naval Aviator, Steve has built a deep base of knowledge in military, geo political and corporate strategy, which he uses to help clients think through their business challenges. Steve earned an MS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA with concentrations in international strategy and finance from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Vladimir Orovic

Vlad has more than 20 years of experience in business and IT strategy development. He specializes in delivering complex business transformations and managing large-scale operational improvements for insurance, banking, and investment–management organizations. Throughout his career, Vlad has worked with organizations in developed and developing countries, including more than two dozen Fortune 500 organizations, to turn around financial performance, improve operating efficiency, and enter new markets. With expertise in financial services, business process re-engineering, organization design, and technology strategy, Vlad has partnered with financial-services leaders to successfully execute complex, strategic initiatives that span multiple disciplines, including sales, marketing, operations, IT, human resources, and compliance. Prior to becoming a partner at RedPort International, Vlad held senior management positions with Oracle, KPMG Consulting, DST/Corfax, and Modem Media. He earned a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Belgrade and attended Stanford University for post-graduate studies in Computational Mathematics and Business.
